By accessing or using the AI and Shine platform at aiandshine.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use the platform.

2. Description of service

AI and Shine is a compliance management platform designed to help organisations navigate and meet the requirements of the EU AI Act and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). The platform is operated by Roi and Shine sp. z o.o., Warsaw, Poland.

3. User accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Each account is intended for use by a single individual. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.

4. Acceptable use

You agree to use AI and Shine solely for lawful compliance purposes. You must not:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the platform.
• Use the platform in a manner that could damage, disable, or impair its functionality.
• Redistribute, sublicense, or resell access to the platform or its content.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any systems or networks connected to the platform.

5. Intellectual property

The AI and Shine platform, including its design, features, content, and underlying technology, is the exclusive property of Roi and Shine sp. z o.o. All rights not expressly granted in these terms are reserved.

6. Disclaimer

AI and Shine provides compliance tools and guidance to help you understand and address regulatory requirements. However, the platform does not provide legal advice. The information and outputs generated by the platform are for informational purposes only and should not be construed as a substitute for professional legal counsel. You should consult qualified legal counsel for specific legal questions related to your organisation.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Roi and Shine sp. z o.o. and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, whether based on warranty, contract, tort, or any other legal theory.

8. Governing law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Poland. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Warsaw, Poland.
