Yes, you can move to a higher package at any time. Your data, tools and documents carry over automatically and we invoice the difference for the remainder of the term. A move to a lower package takes effect at renewal.

Every plan lets you register as many tools as your company uses — no caps, no per-tool fees. Whether you have 10 tools or 200, the price is the same. We want complete visibility of your AI landscape.

You can export all your data, documents, and reports before cancellation. After cancellation, we retain your data for 30 days in case you change your mind, then delete it permanently per GDPR requirements.

START is enough for a small team with standard tools, where the job is mainly to put the register in order, get a first risk classification and train people. COMPLIANCE is the right level once there are more use cases, vendor agreements have to be analysed and the documentation has to match your real processes, or when a use case may fall into the Annex III high-risk category. During the diagnostic we say plainly which level is enough.

A 30-minute video call with our compliance team to review your progress, discuss any regulatory updates, and prioritize next steps. Think of it as your periodic compliance check-in — documented and tracked in the platform.

The agreement runs for 12 months. We show a monthly figure as the equivalent of the annual commitment so the cost is easier to compare, but billing and scope cover the full year. Compliance is a cycle rather than a one-off purchase: over that year we keep the register and the documents current, and we track the review dates.
